06 - Background
My background is the thing most designers don't have.
My career started in industrial design and evolved through brand, motion, and product over 15 years. I don't design screens in isolation - I work at the level of product logic, team structure, and business outcome.
At previous Design Manager Roles I rethink the design practice from scratch - hired and led a team of up to 14 designers, built the rituals, defined the process, set the core values of the working process, and kept shipping. At DAZN I led design for a B2B part of the design team and brought the way of design delivery in a professional and structered way.
Industrial design, motion design, branding design backgrounds means systems thinking is native, not learned. Building not only the teams but also a products.
